About the role
Join MedHealth as a Mobile Speech Pathologist delivering evidence‑based therapy across home, school and community settings for NDIS participants. The role offers flexibility, autonomy and strong clinical support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a personal caseload and provide therapy in community locations.
- Conduct assessments and create personalised, evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Support participants in building communication skills and independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and mentor early‑career clinicians.
Required profile
- Current Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
- Proactive, team‑focused mindset with passion for the disability sector.
Required skills
- Speech pathology assessment and intervention techniques.
- Development of evidence‑based treatment plans.
