Night Shift Civil Supervisor – Pavement Resurfacing

About the role

JHH Consulting Services is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to act as the on‑site representative for a pavement resurfacing project. The position runs night shifts from Sunday through Thursday, starting in September 2026 and ending in November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate external subject‑matter experts and internal resources.
• Provide site representation and support quality‑assurance activities with the principal pavement contractor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project scope delivery.
• Attend and contribute to progress meetings and stakeholder briefings.
• Prepare and submit shift‑based site reports detailing progress and status.
• Support the Company Representative with quality‑assurance tracking and routine reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and access‑permit requirements.
• Execute any additional project‑management instructions from the Company Representative.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil works, pavement resurfacing, or related infrastructure delivery.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle fast‑paced reporting.
• Solid understanding of quality‑assurance, safety, and access compliance.
• Clear communication and a proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
