National Account Manager – Wholesale & B2B (ANZ)

About the role
The National Account Manager will drive sales performance across the Wholesale and B2B channels in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing key partner relationships and supporting long‑term brand growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans for the Wholesale and B2B channels, aligning with annual budgets and financial targets.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key accounts such as pharmacies, department stores, specialty beauty retailers and corporate clients.
- Oversee sell‑in and sell‑out activities, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to meet sales goals.
- Work with the Commercial Director and Marketing team to implement the wholesale marketing calendar and promotional activities.
- Provide accurate forecasts and collaborate with Supply Chain to manage inventory levels and reduce slow‑moving stock.
- Identify and onboard high‑quality partners that meet brand standards and enhance market presence.
- Manage financial and marketing risk areas, including debtors, product quality and POS standards.
- Partner with Education and Guest Experience teams to improve department‑store customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in wholesale and B2B sales within the beauty, pharmacy or retail sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and manage budgets.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with key accounts.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to collaborate across commercial, marketing, supply‑chain and education functions.
