About the role
An exciting opportunity for a high‑performing National Account Manager to own major national accounts, build strong customer partnerships and drive commercial growth for a leading consumer products business in Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies for key retail hardware customers.
- Manage commercial negotiations, pricing, promotions and forecasting.
- Drive ranging and promotional activity to increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for both the customer and the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across complex national retail hardware channels.
Required profile
- Proven National Account Management experience in FMCG, consumer goods, hardware or tools, preferably with power‑tool exposure.
- Experience managing national retail hardware channels in Australia.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to account growth.
- Strong analytical, planning and forecasting capability.
