National Account Manager – eCommerce

About the role

Advanced Cosmeceuticals is seeking a National Account Manager – eCommerce to build and grow commercial relationships with key online retail partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will own account strategy, sales performance, forecasting, promotional planning and digital execution for top e‑commerce sites such as Adore Beauty, THE ICONIC, Skinmart and Activeskin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key e‑commerce accounts, developing annual plans, sales targets and growth strategies.
• Lead commercial discussions on ranging, trading terms, promotions and marketing investment.
• Monitor account budgets, trade spend and forecast monthly sales, sell‑in/sell‑out and stock cover.
• Analyse website traffic, conversion, SKU performance and improve brand visibility on retailer sites, category pages, search results and campaigns.
• Ensure product information, imagery and brand content are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Build annual promotional calendars and evaluate promotional ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in national account management or e‑commerce, preferably in beauty or skincare.
• Proven experience managing major online retail accounts in the Australian market.
• Strong commercial, analytical and reporting capabilities with confidence working with sales and SKU‑level data.
• Excellent negotiation skills with retail partners.
• Strong Excel skills for forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
