Mortgage Broker - Aussie Store Broker

About the role

Aussie Brookvale is expanding its team and is looking for a Mortgage Broker to join its retail store. Aussie brokers help Australians find, buy and own property, and the business now offers buyer's agents and conveyancing alongside home loans. The role is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team so you can focus on your local community
• Earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain it (the company can help)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of the retail store
• Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
