Assistant Property Manager - Brisbane CBD

About the role

Minor Hotels Australasia is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join its Mint Residential team in the Brisbane CBD office. Mint Residential is a full-service property agency that manages and sells Oaks Hotels and Avani managed properties, and this role covers a boutique portfolio of fewer than 150 properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
• Handle incoming rental enquiries with exceptional customer service
• Carry out routine entry and exit inspections
• Communicate with tenants and draft and support leasing and property handover documentation
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
• Use the console cloud program for property management

Required profile

• Real Estate Certificate
• At least 1 year of property management experience
• Ability to work weekends on an ad hoc basis
• Working rights in Australia or New Zealand only

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of property management procedures and current legislation requirements
• Excellent communication skills and time management
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
