Aussie Store Brokers help Australians find, buy and own homes, and with over 80% of home loans written through brokers, the demand for brokers is growing. The role sits within a connected ecosystem that offers referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives in the community
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond
• Earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain one before starting (support provided)
• Sales or customer service background
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of the retail store
• Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
