Medical Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our Randwick and Bondi clinics. The position is full‑time, working 8.5‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday on a 9‑day fortnight schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check‑in procedures and advise on scan preparation.
• Answer emails and phone calls promptly, handling inquiries professionally.
• Process billing for private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA patients.
• Collaborate with clerical staff, radiologists, technical teams and referring doctors.

Required profile

• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
• Background in customer service or reception.
