Medic – Onsite FIFO at Bald Hill Lithium Mine

About the role

Mineral Resources is seeking an experienced Medic to join the Bald Hill Lithium Mine safety team. This permanent, full‑time role operates on an 8‑day on / 6‑day off FIFO roster from Perth, providing on‑site medical support for a growing lithium operation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and manage all emergency situations on the site.
• Deliver patient‑centric pre‑hospital care and medical support.
• Maintain compliance with poisons licensing and keep accurate medical records.
• Promote health, hygiene, well‑being and safety initiatives across the site.
• Support broader site Health and Safety programs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Paramedical Science or higher with current AHPRA registration.
• D&A testing qualifications.
• Certificate III in Mines Emergency Response and Rescue.
• Valid Manual Drivers licence (MR or C).
• Previous experience in a similar heavy‑industry or mining environment is preferred.
