Marketing Manager

About the role

Fleur Studios is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and grow its brand strategy, lifecycle marketing, online experience, social engagement and customer interaction as the company expands domestically and internationally. Reporting to the Directors, you will translate brand vision into measurable growth across email, website and social channels while balancing strategic direction with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing strategy for email, website and social, aligning with commercial goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate spend across paid media, tools and campaigns, and set KPIs for all channels.
• Report on marketing performance against sales and revenue targets, identifying high‑impact growth opportunities.
• Support international expansion, adapting brand positioning and campaigns for US audiences.
• Lead brand campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity and messaging.
• Own lifecycle marketing from segmentation and calendar planning to execution of email and SMS campaigns.
• Oversee website content, merchandising, UX strategy and on‑page SEO to maximise conversion.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment and willing to relocate if needed.
