Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day marketing activities for one of our flagship wellness‑destination clients while also supporting TOAST’s own marketing programmes. The role is remote‑first, with a strong preference for candidates based in Brisbane, the Gold Coast or surrounding areas, and will involve occasional in‑person sessions such as planning workshops and content shoots.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing roadmap, timelines and campaign calendar for the client and internal initiatives.
• Coordinate project priorities, deliverables and weekly WIP meetings across internal teams and external agencies.
• Manage marketing budgets, reporting and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Oversee social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms), create content calendars and produce copy.
• Handle photography, video production and Canva asset creation while maintaining brand consistency.
• Administer HubSpot CRM, email and SMS campaigns, build customer journeys and support lead‑nurturing automation.
• Coordinate paid digital campaigns and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• Based in Brisbane, the Gold Coast or surrounding areas with flexibility to travel for in‑person sessions.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination abilities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting.
