Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

The Marketing Campaign Manager will plan, execute and optimise integrated B2B marketing campaigns that support Ricoh Australia’s growth priorities across key solutions, customer segments and industries. You will work closely with product, digital, content, sales and external partners to deliver customer‑centric messaging and drive demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives, managing them from brief through post‑campaign evaluation.
• Coordinate messaging, creative, digital activity, events, partner actions and sales enablement assets.
• Design audience and customer‑journey approaches to generate awareness, consideration, leads and nurture prospects.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales to translate portfolio propositions into campaign content and support priority opportunities.
• Monitor performance, analyse insights and recommend optimisation to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or campaign management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns and working closely with sales teams.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and analytical reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics CE).
• Knowledge of modern demand‑generation practices and customer acquisition strategies.
