Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Campus Living Villages as a Digital Marketing Specialist, owning the website and resident app platforms across Australia, the UK and the US. You will balance customer needs, business priorities and technical delivery while working closely with Marketing, ICT and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion.
• Manage and optimise SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and paid campaigns.
• Act as product owner for website and app initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements and prioritised development activities.
• Own the enhancement roadmap, gather requirements, coordinate UAT and manage release activities.
• Analyse campaign, website and app performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and ROI.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment across Australia, the UK and the US.

Required profile

• Experienced in delivering digital marketing initiatives and managing digital platforms in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable balancing strategy and execution with a hands‑on approach.
• Highly digitally literate and able to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple regions and agency partners.
• Data‑driven and analytical, using digital marketing and reporting tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Self‑sufficient, proactive and adaptable.
