Communications and Marketing Lead

About the role

Beam is looking for a creative, hands‑on Communications and Marketing Lead to build brand awareness and drive pipeline across Australia. You will own the full Marcomms strategy and execution, working closely with sales and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content creation, demand generation, events, PR and influencer outreach.
• Produce customer stories, videos, blogs, one‑pagers and social posts to showcase Beam’s AI solutions.
• Enable sales and customer success teams with decks, outreach sequences, training and account‑based marketing assets.
• Plan and run webinars, podcasts, virtual events, conferences and customer dinners.
• Manage newsletters, email communications and long‑form thought‑leadership pieces such as e‑books and research reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, events or demand generation.
• Strong storytelling ability and a results‑driven mindset.
• High autonomy and ownership as the sole marketer for Australia.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
