Integrated Campaigns Lead – APJ

About the role

This role owns the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets in the APJ region, driving pipeline and revenue growth for Cursor.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns that span awareness, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and renewals.
• Coordinate campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables across global and regional teams.
• Localize messaging, offers, and creative assets to resonate with APJ audiences.
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign impact on pipeline, revenue, and target account penetration.
• Develop and run a scalable ABM engine to support strategic opportunities and complex deal cycles.
• Partner with Sales, Field, and Product teams to create bespoke executive content and multi‑touch engagement plans.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience designing and executing integrated B2B campaigns for SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
• Proven ability to translate campaign ideas into detailed operating plans, from narrative to reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset to optimize campaigns using pipeline, engagement, and revenue signals.
• Experience localizing campaigns for international markets, especially APAC or EMEA.
• Comfortable working across global strategy and regional execution while maintaining core narrative.

Required skills

• Expertise in multi‑channel demand generation (digital, email, social, events, direct mail, etc.).
• ABM program design and execution for strategic accounts.
• Data‑driven campaign measurement and reporting.
• Understanding of AI market and technical buyer personas (CTOs, CIOs, senior engineering leaders).
