Market Sales Manager – 8‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Market Sales Manager will act as the primary front‑office contact for Suncorp‑migrated Treasury clients in the Money Markets franchise. This 8‑month fixed‑term position is responsible for delivering a seamless client migration, onboarding, and product implementation experience while maintaining high standards of service, operational readiness and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the ANZ front‑office point of contact for migrated Suncorp Treasury Money Market clients.
• Manage client engagement throughout the migration and onboarding lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding across Money Market products, including Money Market Deposits and short‑dated securities (NCDs).
• Partner with Operations, Client Services, Technology and Product teams to meet onboarding requirements.
• Ensure client profiles, permissions and dealing infrastructure are set up on front‑office and trading platforms (DLD/ITD, CICs‑MMkt, CMS, TG, etc.).
• Provide proactive communication, resolve documentation and system queries, and escalate issues impacting client readiness.

Required profile

• Experience in client migration and relationship management within a financial institution.
• Knowledge of Money Market products such as deposits and NCDs.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Technology and Product teams.
• Strong communication skills to act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Money Market Deposit products.
• Understanding of short‑dated securities (NCDs).
• Experience with front‑office trading platforms (e.g., DLD/ITD, CICs‑MMkt, CMS, TG).
