Managing Director – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

BRITA is seeking a visionary Managing Director to lead its Australia and New Zealand operations. You will be responsible for translating the Group’s strategy into local action, driving growth across consumer, professional filter, and dispenser businesses, and building a high‑performing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Group and SBS strategies for the market with clear KPIs and measures.
• Lead revenue and profit development across all three SBS segments.
• Develop and mentor the local leadership team, fostering an engaged and efficient workforce.
• Shape an optimal organizational structure and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the subsidiary with external stakeholders and fulfill board mandates.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Extensive multi‑year management experience with P&L responsibility in sales, marketing, and finance.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑layered, cross‑cultural teams.
• Experience in consumer goods or utilities, with knowledge of relevant distribution channels.
• Background in family‑owned or entrepreneurial businesses is a plus.
