About the role

Nous Group is seeking a Manager to lead and deliver consulting projects across a range of industries. You will work with cross‑disciplinary teams to translate data‑driven insights into clear recommendations for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small‑ to medium‑sized consulting engagements from initiation to delivery.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and timelines.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesising findings into compelling deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide thought leadership and support the professional development of project team members.
