Manager of Sales and Customer Growth

About the role

Revstar Group is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales and Customer Growth to drive revenue and expand market presence for our hospitality and business‑events clients. You will work closely with the revenue management team to create and execute sales strategies that enhance brand awareness and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and room‑night targets for assigned market segments.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline from diverse lead sources, including corporate, meetings and events.
• Conduct telemarketing activities, convert leads into business opportunities, and maintain detailed CRM records.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and regular performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to align sales initiatives with overall business strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in hotel sales or a related travel and tourism environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven networking and negotiation abilities.
• Established industry contacts are an advantage.
