Manager - Corporate Tax Compliance

About the role

The Corporate Tax Compliance Manager will join KPMG’s Corporate Tax Advisory team, helping businesses navigate Australian and Commonwealth tax obligations and ATO filing requirements. The role involves building client relationships, leading engagements and delivering high‑quality tax advice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients and targets to understand their businesses and identify tax opportunities.
• Lead multiple engagements of varying size and complexity.
• Advise clients on complex corporate tax matters.
• Produce well‑researched tax opinions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax consultants.

Required profile

• Previous corporate tax experience in a professional or legal services firm (in‑house experience considered).
• Australian and/or other Commonwealth country tax experience.
• Ability to produce well‑researched and clearly articulated tax opinions.
• Legal or commerce degree (desirable).
• Successful completion of a Masters of Tax or CA qualification.
