About the role

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters and Mechanical Technicians to join its regional operations in Queensland and Victoria. You will support the production of premium Australian beef, lamb, and protein products, ensuring equipment reliability and safety across a fast‑growing food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on mechanical and production equipment.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot breakdowns, and implement effective repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with equipment upgrades.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Maintenance Fitter or Mechanical Technician in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work on-site in regional Queensland or Victoria.
• Willingness to relocate, with visa and relocation assistance provided for successful candidates.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
