Luxury Travel Consultant

About the role

Join the Luxury Travel team at Flight Centre to design and deliver premium travel experiences for discerning clients. You will be responsible for creating bespoke itineraries and managing all aspects of luxury travel bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, book and coordinate luxury travel experiences, including first‑class flights, five‑star hotels, premium tours and cruises.
• Build unique itineraries tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
• Handle travel insurance, invoices and complex booking systems while maintaining high service standards.
• Work towards KPI and incentive targets, fostering strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Travel Consultant, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and build loyal clientele.
• Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
• Creative problem‑solving to find optimal travel solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Experience using complex booking and reservation software.
