Litigation Lawyer – Commercial Dispute Resolution (Perth)

About the role

We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join a growing commercial litigation team in Perth. You will work on strong commercial disputes for institutional and substantial private clients, collaborating closely with partners and senior lawyers in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, correspondence, court documents and client advice.
• Conduct legal research and assist with matter strategy.
• Manage files, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Work as part of a collaborative Perth team on a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Required profile

• 3–6 years post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and confident when dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
