Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients in the assigned practice area.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, pleadings, wills, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, tribunals and court proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Manage case files, maintain client records and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted practising certificate recognised in Western Australia.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed practice areas.
