Compliance Lead - Marketing

About the role

The Compliance Lead – Marketing will embed effective Line 1 risk ownership across Superloop's Marketing and Product & Commercial functions. You will partner with business leaders to manage compliance obligations, strengthen controls and support compliant go‑to‑market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Line 1 compliance advisory, control uplift and assurance coordination for Marketing and relevant Product & Commercial activities.
• Support product managers, commercial teams and marketing teams in understanding and managing specific compliance obligations, including consumer protection, pricing, deal‑making risk and digital communications.
• Coordinate assurance activities, incident and issue management, and risk reporting for senior management and Board forums.
• Engage with stakeholders, Line 2 Compliance, regulatory teams and governance forums to drive risk culture and proactive risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing compliance risks in complex technology‑centric organisations, preferably in regulated sectors such as telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory environment, including Australian Consumer Law, privacy, spam and digital communications obligations.
• Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into business‑relevant risk insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
