Legal Secretary (Subiaco)

About the role

Our client, a respected legal practice in Subiaco, is looking for a full‑time Legal Secretary to support a busy team of solicitors, primarily in family law. You will play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring high‑quality legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to solicitors, with a focus on family‑law matters.
• Manage diaries, appointments and legal calendars for multiple practitioners.
• Perform occasional transcription and reception relief duties.
• Maintain filing systems, ensuring all documentation is up‑to‑date and compliant.
• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary (family‑law experience preferred).
• Strong clerical and document‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a legal setting.
• Friendly, professional communication style with a can‑do attitude.
• Australian permanent full‑time working rights.
