• Open, maintain and close client files, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.

• Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal team activities.
• Assist with billing, time entry and general administrative support.
• Support matter management and team coordination throughout the case lifecycle.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within a law firm.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Robust technical and administrative competence.
