Lead Client Partner – Property

About the role

As Lead Client Partner – Property you will own a portfolio of property client relationships for CommBank iQ, driving long‑term strategic partnerships and ensuring the Centre iQ platform delivers consistent value.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve high client satisfaction, renewal and retention across your property portfolio.
• Embed Centre iQ into client decision‑making and turn data into clear commercial stories.
• Grow revenue through delivered value, proposals and commercial discussions.
• Identify risks to client value early and lead the response.
• Collaborate with delivery, analytics and product teams to scope solutions and feed client needs back into the product.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading senior stakeholder relationships in retail property, research, insights, consulting or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of the retail property sector and what matters to property stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and commercial value.
• Confidence running working sessions with leasing or insights teams and stepping into senior strategy conversations.

Required skills

• Experience using technology and AI tools to improve productivity and client outcomes.
