Facility Manager – Premium CBD Asset

About the role

Mirvac is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the operational performance and maintenance of building services at the premium CBD asset located at 55 Collins Street. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring safety, sustainability and compliance across the building.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to service requests.
• Conduct daily inspections of plant and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage contractors and service providers, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with Mirvac policies.
• Prepare scopes of work for operational and minor capital projects, including documentation and data entry.
• Escalate critical service interruptions and act as Duty Manager for after‑hours calls, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• 5+ years of facilities management experience with a solid administrative or technical background.
• Proven ability to manage people, develop teams and drive a customer‑centric strategy.
• Experience handling high‑volume, conflicting priorities and managing contractor schedules.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, HSE, DDA and fire safety compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BMCS (Building Management Control Systems) platforms.
• Strong understanding of risk management, project management and financial budgeting.
