Community Manager for Archer's Run Lifestyle

About the role

Ingenia is seeking a Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at the Archer's Run Lifestyle site in Morisset. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will create a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents while delivering exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee community operations including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, planning and P&L management.
• Design and deliver lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programmes to foster community spirit.
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged‑care or community settings.
• Proven ability to lead daily operations while balancing competing priorities.
• Experience handling budgets, P&L performance or other commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable managing challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
