About the role

PERSOL is recruiting qualified lawyers to join established practices in several Australian states. Opportunities exist across a range of practice areas, including commercial law, wills & estates, litigation & disputes, family law, employment law and personal injury.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation within the assigned practice area.
• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts and court filings.
• Assist clients with case strategy and dispute resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted practising certificate in the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
• Qualified lawyer with the ability to work in one or more of the listed practice areas.
