About the role
Join the fast‑paced Hygiene division in Adelaide as a Key Account Manager. You will manage an existing client base while driving new business, aiming to exceed sales, retention and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the current portfolio of key accounts, analysing client needs to increase sales.
- Identify and acquire new accounts to expand the customer base.
- Conduct site audits to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Develop strategic relationships with major customers and present tailored proposals.
- Resolve operational and account issues, escalating when necessary.
- Document all client interactions in company systems and monitor competitor activity.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar key account or sales role.
- Strong customer service, selling and negotiating abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and capability to work both in the field and respond quickly to client queries.
