Junior Strategy Consultant – Associate/Senior Associate

About the role

As a Junior Strategy Consultant at Strategy&, you will work on high‑impact projects that help Australia’s leading organisations navigate AI, regulation and evolving stakeholder expectations. You will be placed at the analytical core of engagements, turning complex data into actionable insights for clients in financial services, mining, technology, energy and health.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and test hypotheses, build analytical frameworks, and conduct research to support strategic recommendations.
• Synthesize large, ambiguous data sets into clear insights and present findings confidently to senior client stakeholders.
• Own workstreams, manage deliverables, and ensure high‑quality output throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Sharp, curious thinker with a strong ability to structure unstructured problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on precision.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working autonomously in lean, shifting teams.
• Interest in building deep sector knowledge in finance, mining, technology, energy or health.
