Join TEKsystems' brand‑new Talent Delivery Centre in Brisbane as a Junior Recruiter. This entry‑level position focuses on building talent pipelines and candidate communities for technology roles, offering hands‑on experience in sourcing and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across key technology skill sets.
• Source technology professionals through networking, research and market mapping.
• Conduct outreach and screening conversations with candidates.
• Develop and nurture candidate communities and talent ecosystems.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and market intelligence.
• Partner with Recruiters and Account Managers to support business needs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or experience in a people‑focused environment such as customer service, hospitality, retail or administration.
• Motivated, curious and eager to build meaningful relationships.
• Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with diverse individuals.
• Organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and resilient.
