Junior Administrator

About the role

A drilling component supplier serving customers across Western Australia and internationally is looking for an organised, detail-focused Junior Administrator to join its technical team. The role sits behind the sales team, supporting the Technical Sales Team with administration so they can focus on customer relationships. Full training is provided on products, systems and processes, and the position is full-time from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the technical sales team
• Maintain accurate customer records, CRM information and parts data
• Assist with quotations, including tracking outstanding quotes and scheduling follow-ups
• Monitor recurring daily, weekly and monthly tasks so deadlines are met
• Use internal systems and taskboards to track progress and manage workloads
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders, including international clients
• Assist with general process improvements as skills develop

Required profile

• Confident with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willing to learn new systems
• Accurate with quotes, pricing, orders and customer information
• Comfortable managing recurring tasks and multiple priorities
• Professional written and verbal communication, including with international customers
• Enjoys structured work, follows procedures and asks questions
• Previous office administration or customer service experience is highly regarded; experience with order processing, CRM or task management systems is beneficial
