Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and internal customers. You will manage appointments, coordinate bookings and support key stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the telephone switchboard, respond to enquiries and forward calls appropriately.
• Greet, welcome and check‑in visitors, including staff, consultants, patients and external guests.
• Book assessments and appointments, ensure completion of required paperwork and communicate relevant information.
• Maintain accurate filing, mail handling and courier coordination.
• Support consultants by retrieving radiology, photocopying and confirming attendances.
• Maintain the professional appearance and cleanliness of reception, waiting and consulting areas.

• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
