Junior Account Manager – Bilingual Mandarin

About the role

Eightcap is looking for a Junior Account Manager to help grow its Chinese‑speaking client base. This early‑career position will involve converting warm leads into active traders and supporting clients as they learn to use Eightcap’s trading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads, meet monthly conversion KPIs and support senior Account Managers.
• Guide clients through account set‑up, platform navigation and basic features, and later assist with webinars and seminars.
• Maintain accurate lead records, manage pipeline data and support social media communication within compliance guidelines.
• Develop market knowledge to explain news, products and Eightcap’s value proposition to diverse audiences.
• Provide premium customer service, handling feedback, requests and basic technical queries, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, Engineering) and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin; good English; Cantonese is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in client service, business development or a similar customer‑facing role; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, persuasion and commercial instinct, with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver, coachable and comfortable working with multicultural stakeholders.
