IT Service Desk Analyst

About the role

AUIT, a full-service IT company offering end-to-end IT solutions and support to clients in the Canberra and Perth regions, is hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst. The role provides first-class technical support to end-users in a collaborative environment, with career development in a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP). It is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, based at headquarters.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of practical experience in IT, preferably in an IT Service Desk or technical role within an MSP.
• Lives in the ACT region, as travel to customer sites from Hume, ACT is required.
• Valid Australian driver's licence to drive AUIT vehicles and equipment to customer sites.
• Ability to pass an Australian police check.

Required skills

• Level 2-3 support in full managed services environments.
• Ticket-based CRM support request handling with regular progress updates to customers.
• Microsoft Intune, 365, Windows Server, Active Directory and desktop product administration.
• Active Directory and/or Azure AD, Group Policy, Windows file shares, permissions and security.
• Intune enrollment and policy management, Office 365 management, printer management, domain/DNS management.
• Desirable: network management (subnetting, L2/L3 switching/routing) and VOIP/SIP phone administration.
