Internal Sales – Customer Service & Outbound Sales

About the role

Join Cyklop Australia in Derrimut as an Internal Sales professional, combining customer service, administration and outbound sales in a full‑time, on‑site position.

Key responsibilities

• Process and release customer invoices across three national warehouses.
• Enter accurate data using Pronto ERP.
• Make outbound calls to targeted industrial and commercial businesses.
• Introduce customers to the range of strapping, steel and tape products.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the external sales team.
• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails.
• Maintain call lists, sales activity records and customer files.
• Support the wider team with general administration tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role.
• Confidence and resilience when making outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Professional telephone manner with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data‑entry abilities.
• Ability to manage high‑volume activity while maintaining accuracy.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Pronto ERP or a similar system is highly regarded.
• Experience in packaging, industrial or distribution environments is advantageous.
• Cold‑calling, lead generation or appointment‑setting experience is highly regarded.
