In-Home Energy Specialist – Adelaide (High OTE)

About the role

Smart Energy is seeking an In-Home Energy Specialist to join its Adelaide team. You will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, assess their energy usage, and recommend tailored solar, battery and smart‑energy solutions that reduce bills and carbon footprints.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face energy consultations in customers’ homes across Adelaide.
• Analyse household energy data and identify the optimal mix of solar, battery, heat‑pump and EV‑charging solutions.
• Present product options, cost savings and implementation steps clearly and confidently.
• Close warm, pre‑qualified appointments and achieve high‑value sales.
• Manage your own schedule to align with customer availability.
• Maintain a professional, trusted Smart Energy brand experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in face‑to‑face, consultative or in‑home sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset and a genuine desire to win.
• Flexibility to work around customer appointment times.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipeline.
