Human Resources Advisor

About the role

Toll Group is seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to provide practical people support, build strong stakeholder relationships, and enhance the employee experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to leaders and employees on a range of people matters.
• Coordinate performance reviews, talent activities and salary reviews.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, employee changes and off‑boarding processes.
• Support employee relations, including performance management, investigations and workplace concerns.
• Analyse workforce data to deliver insights that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
• Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
• Experience in a broad HR generalist role with knowledge of employment legislation.
• Demonstrated ability to support organisational change and business improvement initiatives.
• Strong HR administration and data management capability.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
