About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort in the heart of Central Australia as an HR Generalist / People & Culture Advisor. You will work on‑site, supporting leaders and teams across a diverse portfolio that includes an airport, hotels, campground, and employee accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end HR support across employee relations, performance management, investigations, and workforce capability.
• Partner closely with operational leaders to coach, advise, and resolve people matters.
• Lead workplace investigations and ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments.
• Contribute to workforce development initiatives, career pathways, and cross‑skilling programs.

Required profile

• Strong generalist HR experience in Australia, covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations and conduct investigations.
• Confidence in coaching and advising people leaders.
• Interest in workforce and career development, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or similar operational environments.
