Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Mövenpick Hotel Hobart, a 221-room premium hotel in the heart of Hobart's CBD, is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. You will take ownership of guest rooms, making sure guests have a clean, comfortable space and helping create a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Servicing all allocated guest rooms in line with brand standards
• Restocking and cleaning the housekeeping trolley
• Checking and restocking room supplies
• Maintaining the cleanliness of guest corridors

Required profile

• Warm and caring personality
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, staying professional and welcoming
• Excellent organisational skills and time management
• Physically fit and able to do cleaning tasks
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Rights to work in Australia; the employer cannot sponsor or take over a visa
