Hospitality and Sales Attendant

About the role

Join the Cellar Door team at Domaine Chandon Australia in the Yarra Valley, providing daytime hospitality and sales support to guests. This role focuses on delivering a friendly, efficient guest experience across multiple service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to guests, including hosting, seating, and assistance.
• Assist with food and beverage service, taking and processing orders.
• Support retail sales in the boutique and other service areas.
• Help coordinate guest flow, seating plans, and reservations.
• Restock shelves, fridges, and service areas to maintain operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest‑facing spaces.
• Support team members and assist less experienced attendants.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused, reliable team member with a positive attitude.
• Previous hospitality, guest service, or retail experience welcomed but not essential.
• Comfortable working across various guest‑facing areas with general direction.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, hands‑on approach.
• Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends; weekday availability desirable.
