Recruitment Specialist – Frontline Roles

About the role

Join the HR team as a Recruitment Specialist focused on high‑volume, clinic‑based frontline customer service and administration positions. You will deliver a responsive, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for frontline vacancies across our network of 180+ clinics.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities and selection criteria.
• Develop engaging job ads, select sourcing channels and build talent pools for recurring or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments and provide timely advice to hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, prepare offers, complete pre‑employment checks and support smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in fast‑paced frontline environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.
• Confident stakeholder management and collaborative, service‑focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sound judgement and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with online job boards and direct sourcing tools.
