Associate HR Manager

About the role

The Associate HR Manager will provide hands‑on HR operational support and act as a strategic partner for LUXASIA’s Australian business. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, and ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR administration for Head Office, retail and Beauty Advisor staff, including contracts, payroll inputs and employee records.
• Provide HR advice on performance, conduct, attendance and employee relations, escalating higher‑risk matters as needed.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding in partnership with hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES and Modern Awards, and monitor legislative changes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and continuously improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
