Guest Services Agent

About the role

Join Pullman East Melbourne as a Guest Services Agent and deliver exceptional service to our diverse guests, from business travellers to sports fans. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a memorable stay through attentive and courteous assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle check‑in and check‑out processes, responding promptly to guest requests throughout their stay.
• Maintain accurate guest and hotel accounts, ensuring timely posting of charges and strict security for cash and credit transactions.
• Operate the switchboard and guest messaging system, managing calls professionally.
• Promote hotel facilities and drive sales using product knowledge and selling skills.

Required profile

• Professional telephone manner with exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team spirit.
• Full working rights in Australia and flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS); Opera Cloud or similar is desirable.
