Guest Service Agent - Batemans Bay Holiday Resort

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts is hiring a Guest Service Agent for its Batemans Bay Holiday Resort, located on the shores of Corrigans Beach near Batemans Bay. This is a casual position with shifts rostered between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with weekend and public holiday availability required. The resort is described as a family-friendly destination with beachfront access, a swimming pool and mini golf.

Key responsibilities

• Take bookings, prepare invoices and check guests in and out
• Answer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
• Work with other teams so rooms are ready for guests and stays run smoothly
• Keep guest accounts accurate and handle transactions carefully
• Communicate clearly with the team for smooth handovers and support other tasks as needed
• Share local tips about Batemans Bay with guests

Required profile

• Previous front office or guest service experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of front office computers and reservation systems (desirable)
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays
