Growth Strategy Manager

About the role

Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to lead its expansion across the APAC region. You will own the growth roadmap, combining data, marketing and business development to drive revenue and partner success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead business plans for APAC expansion, influencing product prioritisation and revenue optimisation.
• Act as lead advisor to top‑tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever’s data and technology.
• Turn complex data into actionable business cases and own key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimise new business streams and cross‑functional workflows to support rapid scaling.
• Collaborate with regional General Managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in an analytical business role (strategy consulting, fast‑growing startups or investment banking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders across cultures.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable with ambiguity and high‑stakes decisions.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Korean, Japanese) a plus.
